We do not discriminate. Our only expectation is that a worker should perform according to our fairly laid out performance requirements.

The caste, creed, religion, and any affiliations of our workers are none of our business.

We collect no deposits for employment, and wages are deposited within time and directly into workers' bank accounts.

We do not allow harassment of workers and sexual harassment is the ultimate offence.

Children are not employed here. And those who work here do so because they asked to.

We are continuously improving working conditions on the plantation, with an eye to safety, and physical and mental health.

Our wages follow guidance published by the Karnataka Government from time to time.
